The Kalliroscope Gallery is in the sanctuary of the Old Baptist Church in Groton, Massachusetts.  The congregation moved out in 1970 to build a larger church and Paul Matisse bought the empty church and moved into it in 1982.  The interior was extensively renovated to create a gallery for his work, living space and studio. 

For 36 years, The Kalliroscope Gallery was the venue for Indian Hill Music’s (now Groton Hill Music) prestigious chamber music series.

Nationally and internationally acclaimed artists performed in this beautiful intimate space with its excellent acoustics and inspiring artwork.

Chamber music concerts will resume in the Fall 2022, at a stunning new performance space at Meadow Hall, Groton Hill Music Center.

It is our plan that The Kalliroscope Gallery will continue to host performances by local artists and musicians.
